MEU PC NÃO ABRE TELA DE INICIAR NORMAL

Question

Apesar de ter formatado o pc eu continuo com o mesmo problema, um amigo aqui do SITE tentou me ajudar, bateria não é já que clico em LOAD OPTIMIZED DEFAULTS THEN BOOT ele abre normal.
Troquei os hdds de modo no iniciar e isso também não adiantou, ou seja primeiro o SSD depois os 2 Gravadores e por ultimo os Hdds.
Como faço prá consertar isso, não quero levar num técnico já que o PC está normal, apenas essa coisa chata sempre.
Minha configuração:
GA Z87X DH3 GIGABYTE-SSD KINGSTON 120 GB-RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8+4 GB DUAL CHANEL-FONTE CORSAIR 750WTS REAL BRONZE-2xHdds 1 TB SEAGATE-VGA GEFORCE 650-2xDRIVE DE DVD-GABINETE COOLER MASTER-TELA DE 23 Polegadas LG...creio que tenho um bom PC mas isso já está me tirando do sério.
