Depois de uma atualização mau sucedida, meu PC não abre o Windows, o HD bloqueou e eu não consigo fazer backup, tentei fazer backup com o dvd do Windows xp e 7 e com o mini xp e não deu. Quando tento abrir o HD aparece a mensagem (D:\ is not accessible. The device is not ready.)
OBS:É um notebook Asus E552a ( Todos os componentes são soldados na placa)
Tem mais alguma coisa que eu possa fazer?
